Dr. Michael Gross - Interim Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Gross is a Professor of Orthopaedic surgery at Dalhousie University.  He is Medical Director of the regional tissue bank which is regulated by 6 different bodies. He serves as Lead Director for Brigus Gold, a TSX listed gold mining company, where he also chairs the Compensation and Governance committee. He is considered financially literate and has chaired an audit committee for Linear Metals in the past. He completed the Rotman Directors Education Program as co-valedictorian, holds the IcD designation and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He a board member of the First Angels in Halifax.  He is involved in several entrepreneurial start up companies; Boomerswork.ca where he is chair of the Board, and Impetus Innovations, a company which is developing medical devices.

Mario Laflamme - Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Laflamme has extensive financial management and corporate development experience gained through working with rapidly growing firms in the technology sector in both the United States and Canada. He most recently served as CFO for LED Roadway Lighting, a Halifax, Nova Scotia based outdoor lighting technology company; as Managing Director of Mass Tech Partners, a Massachusetts based business and financial management firm; and as President & CFO of Univisions Crimson Group, a corporate Audio/Video services firm formed by the merger of Univisions and Crimson Tech, and sold to York Telecom. Notably, Mr. Laflamme was Vice President, Finance and Vice President, Operations for The Learning Company, (formerly SoftKey Software), a Canadian company that grew through acquisitions to over $800 million in revenue and was later acquired by Mattel Inc. Mario is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Dennis Ryqwalski - Director & Chair of the Audit Committee

Mr. Dennis Rygwalski is a senior financial services & technology executive recognized for leading best-of-class enterprise IT and bank operations organizations. He is currently the founder of D. Rygwalski & Associates Inc, a Tulsa, Oklahoma management consulting firm to the financial services and technology sectors.  Until 2012 he served as EVP Technology & Chief Information Officer for Western Alliance Bancorp, a $7 billion commercial multi-bank holding company based in Phoenix Arizona, and before that he held the positions of Chief Technology Officer for the Bank of Oklahoma, a $25 billion financial services group (2006-2011), head of Finance Industry Solutions for Boston-based technology provider Exigen Group (2001-2005), and Chief Information Officer for Fleet Boston Financial, a $180 billion diversified banking and financial services company acquired by Bank of America in 2004 (1988-2001).

Brian Neill - Director

J. Brian Neill is an innovative and experienced Senior Executive with a successful background in strategic growth achieved through corporate structuring, finance, and leadership in a variety of organizations.  Mr. Neill is recognized as an effective team builder and leader who can rapidly identify significant business issues and form change strategies to resolve them principally through consensus management.

Ron Kelusky - Director

Mr. Kelusky is the President & CEO of Public Services Health & Safety Association ofOntario (PSHSA).  PSHSA works with Ontario's 10,000 public and broader public service sector employers and 1.5 million workers, offering consulting, training, resources, plus health & safety products and information to clients in health and community care, education and culture, municipal and provincial government, and public safety and First Nations communities. From 2009-2013 Mr Kelusky was Director General of the Canadian Red Cross, responsible for Ontario operations and all National Health programming, overseeing 4,000 full and part time staff, 6,000 volunteers and an annual operating budget of $175.0 million. From 2006 - 2009 he was President, Health Division for GestureTek Incorporated; from 2003-2006 he was Chief Operating Officer for March of Dimes Canada; and from 1998-2003 he served as Chief and General Manager for the City of Toronto Emergency Medical Services. Mr. Kelusky has an MBA from Athabasca University.
