Radu Leca, President & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Leca is the founder and the creator of the concepts underlying Biosign core technologies. Since 1995, he focuses on advancing health monitoring on the sure (mathematical) path to science. A medical doctor with extensive hands-on business experience, he is dedicated to making Biosign the cornerstone of health care. |

Peter Tassiopoulos, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Tassiopoulos has over 20 years experience in business development, sales, and management, establishing global distribution networks and alliances with Avaya, France Telecom, Bell Canada, Mitel, GE Healthcare and others. A recognized expert in Digital Health, he has served on various panels at the United Nations, including "Mobile Health Management". |

John Anders, Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Mr. Anders has over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development and alliance management. Prior to joining Biosign, he was Senior Director for the Bell Centre for Healthcare Innovation and Director of Canadian Sales for Quovadx where he developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies, including channel partner expansion. |

Christian Sleight, Chief Technology Officer
Prior to becoming CTO, Mr. Sleight was Biosign's Software Development Manager. His commitment to providing high quality software was demonstrated when Biosign earned Certified Partner status in the Microsoft Partner Program on January 2010. Christian has run a software business since 2001, where he developed strategic database solutions. |

Eva Leca, Vice-President, Research & Development
Ms. Leca is the first developer of Biosign’s technology platform. A Master in computer science, Eva has been involved in all aspects of the system construction. Drawing on her research on quantifying stress in astronauts, Eva has made notable contributions to the logic of monitoring biophysical signals. Currently, she directs the scientific and regulatory affairs at Biosign. |

Senior Account Manager, Royal Bank of Canada (retired)Tony is one of the founders of Royal Bank of Canada, Knowledge Based Industries (KBI) group. Having spent over ten years with the team, he is an expert who truly understands clients’ needs within the high technology sector. As part of the KBI team, Tony was an active participant in the York Technology Association, Canadian Venture Capital Association, the Ontario Centres of Excellence, ViaTech and Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance.
Radu Leca
Founder, Biosign TechnologiesSince 1977, Dr. Leca benefited from studying and practicing medicine as well as from collaborations on scientific and technical projects of clinical interest. His work in monitoring and diagnostics grounded and continues to stimulate the development of products and services at Biosign.
Mouane Sengsavang
Principal, Buttonwood Law CorporationMs. Sengsavang graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 2004 with her law degree. She has practiced law in Calgary and Vancouver and is currently a principal of Buttonwood Law Corporation. Ms. Sengsavang’s preferred areas of law are securities law and corporate law with a focus on corporate governance. She advises issuers in respect of national public and private securities financings, as well as mergers and corporate reorganizations. From 1998 to 2004, Ms. Sengsavang was employed at TD Canada Trust and has worked in the legal department of a global bank.
David Silver - Chairman
Principal Senior Scientist, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics LaboratoryDr. Silver is a Principal Senior Scientist, Milton S. Eisenhower Research and Technology Development Center, at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. His experience covers both basic scientific research (30 years) and technical management (20 years). Dr. Silver received a B.S. degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, an M.A. degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. degree from Iowa State University before holding a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University and a visiting scientist position at the University of Paris.
